Position:

We are seeking an experienced Dental Front Desk & Treatment Coordinator with strong Dentrix expertise to join our professional and growing dental practice. We are looking for a mature, dependable, detail-oriented professional who understands the pace and demands of a busy dental office and is committed to providing an exceptional patient experience.

Role Responsibilities:

The successful candidate should be highly proficient with Dentrix and able to independently manage: Patient scheduling and appointment management Entering and updating treatment plans Treatment plan presentation and coordination Insurance information and benefit documentation Maintaining accurate patient records Managing appointment confirmations and cancellations Coordinating patient flow through the Dentrix schedule Communicate and coordinate effectively with the clinical team

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of dental office experience Strong Dentrix experience is

REQUIRED
