Job Description

We are seeking a professional, personable Front Desk/Case Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for our clients and potential clients. This role is essential to creating a welcoming, organized, and efficient office environment while accurately capturing new client information to support our legal team. This is a full-time hybrid role, located in New Castle, DE. The Front Desk/Case Intake Specialist will be expected to work on-site at least three days each week, with remote work available for the remaining two days in the week following a sixty-day trial period (prior to the end of the trial period, the Front Desk/Case Intake Specialist will need to be on site five days each week). What You'll Do Greet clients and visitors warmly in person and by phone Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls Conduct initial client intake screening calls, gathering case details accurately and empathetically Enter and maintain client information in case management software Schedule consultations and manage attorney calendars as needed Prepare intake paperwork and ensure all required documents are collected and filed Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client and case information Manage front office tasks: mail, supplies, scheduling, and general administrative support Communicate professionally with clients who may be experiencing stressful circumstances Qualifications Excellent communication skills for client interactions and collaboration with legal teams Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain attention to detail High school diploma required, associates/bachelor's degree preferred Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion Experience in personal injury law or related fields is helpful Familiarity with medical terminology is helpful Proficiency with legal research tools and case management software is advantageous Must have good word processing skills Ability to work independently, as well as in a team. $33,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
