$18-$20 per hour (Depending on Experience) About Our Office We are a friendly, patient-focused elite dental office looking for a bilingual Part-Time Insurance Coordinator / Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. We are seeking someone who is organized, dependable, personable, and experienced in a dental office setting. Responsibilities Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility. Review treatment plans and explain insurance coverage and patient responsibilities. Submit and follow up on dental insurance claims. Handle patient scheduling, check-in, and check-out. Answer phone calls and assist patients with questions. Collect patient payments and review account balances. Maintain accurate patient records and provide excellent customer service. Assist with general front desk and administrative duties. Requirements Bilingual in English and Spanish (REQUIRED). Previous dental insurance coordinator or dental front desk experience. Experience with Eaglesoft (REQUIRED). Knowledge of dental insurance verification, claims, and benefits. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional, friendly, and positive attitude.
