Our front desk plays a major role in creating an excellent patient experience and keeping the clinic running efficiently. Responsibilities Greet and check in/out patients Answer phones and manage scheduling Verify insurance and collect payments Communicate treatment plans and appointment recommendations Maintain accurate patient records Coordinate with doctors and clinical staff Provide exceptional customer service Maintain a professional, welcoming front-desk environment
