Job Description

Skin Care at 5th Avenue is growing, and we're looking for an experienced full-time Front Desk/Patient Concierge to join our team. We're looking for someone who is polished, warm, organized, dependable and thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. As the first and last impression of Skin Care at 5th Ave, this role is an important part of creating the elevated experience our patients know and expect. We are specifically looking for someone with medical aesthetics experience who wants to build a long-term career in patient experience, while also assisting with the skin analysis process with our clients. If you genuinely love working with people, creating exceptional experiences and being an integral part of a team, we'd love to hear from you.
