Medical Secretary Part-Time Webster City Seeking a motivated, team player to join our Webster City North and South Clinics. Part-Time Medical Secretary Monday-Friday (3-day work week

• days may vary) Primary hours are Monday
• Friday 8:00am
• 5pm.

Subject to some modification based on provider needs. No holidays. May float to other ISH clinic locations as needed. This position will require knowledge of family practice care from newborn to geriatrics, as well as occupational medicine, mental health and specialty practices.

Duties include:

Basic computer and office skills, answering phones, scheduling patients, scanning and faxing documents, assisting with referrals and consults, coordinating with specialty teams, managing provider templates, other duties as assigned, may float to other ISH clinic locations.

Requirements:

2 years of Clinic Experience Preferred Epic experience preferred Excellent communication skills Excellent customer service skills
