Job Description:

Primary responsibilities are to provide the patients with an outstanding experience through the check-in and check-out process. In addition, the admin will assist will all facets of the practice business operations including 1) Direct Patient Communication

Scheduling, Answering Questions, Forwarding Calls 2) Insurance Verification / Authorizations, 3) Shipping and Receiving 4) Direct Doctor Communication
Submission and Follow-up on Requested Documentation from Referring Physician 5) Data Entry and Faxing Essential Functions
Provide outstanding customer service for the patients; Daily interaction with Patients (Greet, Check-in and Check-out
Lead by example; exercise good teamwork; have mutual respect for the team; partner with the team to create an exceptional experience for the patient
Perform at a highly efficient and accurate level to help maintain practitioner's schedule and patient flow; be present, engaged, ready to work at all assigned shift times. Qualifications
Experience as a receptionist/admin/is a strong plus
Experience in a professional environment with direct patient contact
Knowledge of computers and basic medical terminology is a plus Skills/Abilities
Professionalism in all aspects of communication and interaction with patients and staff
Strong interpersonal and relationship skills
