Our state of the art dental practice is seeking an outstanding candidate to join our team for a part time Front Desk position. Our office takes pride in exceeding patient satisfaction and delivering compassionate care. An ideal candidate would be a highly motivated professional individual with a friendly and cheerful disposition, excellent communication skills and customer service. We are looking for someone that is detail oriented, well spoken, and has excellent multitasking and time management skills. Dentrix experience is a PLUS. Bilingual is a PLUS. The Role

• The "Sunshine" presence : Set a warm, welcoming tone for every patient who walks through our doors.

Patient Care:

Seamlessly handle scheduling, check-ins/outs, and phone inquiries with a bubbly and professional attitude.

Exceptional Communicator:

Explain procedures or handle insurance questions with clarity and empathy.

Insurance Verification:

Check the insurance benefits for the patients.

Social Media Creator:

Take the lead on our Instagram and Facebook. We want you to capture "behind-the-scenes" office moments, share dental health tips, and showcase our team's personality through reels and stories. Multitask in a fast-paced environment while keeping the reception area organized and inviting.
