The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of reception experience, is comfortable using different software, and enjoys working with patients in a busy, patient-focused office.

Responsibilities Include:

Greeting patients and providing a warm, professional check-in experience Checking patients in and out Collecting co-payments and processing payments Verifying dental insurance benefits Scheduling appointments and confirming visits Presenting treatment plans and reviewing next steps with patients Answering phones, handling patient questions, and assisting with front desk workflow

Requirements:
