Schedule appointments Understanding of dental insurance Assist with intake procedures by collecting patient information, updating medical history, and explaining clinic policies related to clinical confidentiality and health information management. Uphold high standards of customer service by addressing patient inquiries promptly while demonstrating knowledge of dental terminology and health insurance policies.
