Duties:

Greet patients in a professional and friendly manner
Manage patient check-in and check-outs
Answer phone calls, schedule and confirm patient appointments
Verify dental insurance information and assist with billing inquiries
Collect patient payments at time of service and over the phone
Maintain patient records and update necessary information
Coordinate with dental assistants and hygienists to ensure smooth patient flow
Create insurance claims and submit pre-authorizations to insurance companies in a timely manner
Maintain a clean and professional office environment

Skills:

Must be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures Experience in a dental office is preferred but not required
Hourly rate is based off experience and to be discussed Hours are 8-5:30pm, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 8-4:30pm.
