Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Front Office Coordinator to join our team.

Experience is preferred, including the use of Eaglesoft software. The ideal candidate will have experience in a dental office setting and possess knowledge of HIPAA regulations. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating appointments, presenting treatment plans, making payment arrangements, entering payments in the software, closing out the day, preparing bank deposits, sending statements, calling past due accounts, and providing excellent patient service. Knowledge of dental insurance biling and working with CareCredit is preferred.

Duties:
Schedule patient appointments efficiently
Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate scheduling
Manage phone systems and respond to patient inquiries
Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Utilize eClinicalWorks or similar software for scheduling tasks
Provide administrative support to the front desk staff
Make financial arrangements before scheduling patients
Present treatment plans to patients
Send statements to patients with a balance
Generate aging reports
Follow up on past due accounts with calls and letters
Speak to patients who call in with questions about their account
Print route slips the day before appointments and evaluate
Work to keep office collections at 98% or higher
Post payments to patient accounts
Close out the day, month, and year
Prepare daily deposits
Make needed adjustments to patient accounts
Refund credit balances
Handle billing problems and disputes
Collect insurance copayments
Back up the insurance coordinator as needed
Deliver exceptional patient service

Experience using Eaglesoft software

Strong administrative skills
