Job Summary:
Under the direct supervision of the principal or other administrator to provide clerical, secretarial, and administrative assistance to school administrators at a school site or department, conveying information regarding school functions and procedures; and supporting the broad array of services provided to students, parents, instructional and support employees. This position is scheduled approximately 11:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m., with evening hours three times per week from 5:00-8:00 p.m. Bilingual preferred.
