About us Osage Valley Plastic Surgery is privately owned by Dr. David Huang. We currently have 4 locations: Osage Beach, Columbia, Waynesville and Rolla. We offer a full range of Plastic Surgery as well as injectables and a Full Service Medical Spa. We are looking for a Medical Receptionist to join our plastic surgery practice. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, collecting payments, and performing administrative tasks. We are looking for someone who is organized, reliable, and has a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This position does require traveling to our Columbia location every other Tuesday, a vehicle is provided.

Responsibilities:

Greet patients and visitors in a professional manner. Schedule appointments and maintain appointment records. Answer phones and respond to inquiries from patients and visitors. Maintain patient records in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Verify insurance coverage and obtain authorization for services. Collect payments from patients and process payments to providers. Provide administrative support to the medical staff. Excellent pay based on experience.
