Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Orthodontic Front Desk and Treatment Coordinator to join our Front Desk healthcare team and guide patients through their orthodontic journey! In this role, you will manage the patient experience while ensuring smooth communication between patients, providers, and insurance companies. Location :
Greenville, MS (The position requires biweekly travel with staff in a company vehicle to Cleveland and Clarksdale clinics. Tuesdays and Thursdays are in Greenville.) Front Desk and Treatment Coordination Duties Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, greeting patients, and scheduling appointments Present orthodontic treatment plan financing, including braces and Invisalign Communicate with patients regarding treatment options, insurance, and financial responsibilities Maintain patient records, billing processes, and office documentation Coordinate care with providers and team members Insurance Duties Verify patient insurance and understand managed care processes File initial insurance claim for braces and Invisalign Aid in filing insurance claims for monthly visits Qualifications Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows systems Experience in a dental or medical office preferred Knowledge of insurance verification and managed care processes is a plus Team-oriented with a commitment to excellent patient care We invite qualified candidates who are passionate about providing exceptional patient care to apply for this vital position within our organization. Education and Certification:
Bachelor's degree preferred, not required. Experience will be prioritized over degree and certifications. Maintaining effective rapport with patients, dentists, other staff members, and the community requires good interpersonal skills.
