Responsibilities Welcome patients warmly, verify their information, and assist with intake procedures to ensure a seamless check-in process Schedule appointments efficiently, managing the clinic calendar to optimize patient flow Support chiropractor in performing physiological therapeutics Maintain accurate medical records, ensuring patient confidentiality and adherence to privacy regulations Assist with patient care activities such as setting up equipment, applying basic rehabilitation techniques, and monitoring patient progress Handle administrative tasks including answering phones, managing correspondence, and processing insurance documentation Ensure the cleanliness and organization of treatment areas and medical supplies to uphold safety standards Highlights Ability to work full Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm.
