What You'll Do:

• Greet patients warmly and make them feel comfortable
• Answer phones and schedule appointments efficiently
• Verify insurance and assist with patient paperwork
• Keep the front desk organized and running smoothly
• Help coordinate the daily schedule with our dental team
• Collect payments and assist with basic billing

What We're Looking For:

• A friendly, positive personality with great people skills
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities
• Reliable and detail-oriented
• Dental or medical office experience is a plus (but not required for the right candidate!)
• Comfortable with computers and scheduling systems
