Modern office setting We are looking for a Medical Receptionist to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our pediatric patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance information, Billing, collecting payments, and answering phone calls. The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, be highly organized, and have a strong knowledge of medical terminology.

Responsibilities:

Greet patients and visitors in a professional manner. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely manner. Schedule appointments and verify insurance coverage. Collect patient information and enter it into the computer system. Maintain patient records and filing systems. Assist with pediatric patient check-ins and check-outs. Handle billing and payments for pediatric patients.
