Our care philosophy is guided by the following core principles: Dignity and Respect Information Sharing Participation Collaboration The Central Scheduling Team Member is responsible for performing assigned duties in accordance with NRHN policies, procedures, and standards of care while supporting the organization s mission, values, and commitment to quality outcomes. Essential Responsibilities Schedules for direct referral resources in a timely manner for all outpatient locations. Ensures that all potential and existing patients are dealt with in a caring and empathetic fashion while protecting the medical, financial and legal interests of the hospital Qualifications High School graduate with strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
