Availability to work Riverdale, Morristown and Paramus are a MUST. We are seeking an individual with the following qualifications: Excellent interpersonal skills including an enthusiastic attitude and empathy for the patients. Strong organizational skills. Team player. Work well with others within the organization. Willingness and motivation to learn the multiple aspects of a medical office. Detail oriented. Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment Available to work some evenings and weekends Available to work in multiple locations (Morristown, Paramus, and Riverdale) Responsibilities will primarily include: Answer phones. Schedule patient appointments. Prepare and bring patients into the exam rooms. Helping to keep the office tidy.
