What You'll Be Doing Greet and check in patients like the MVP you are Help new patients with paperwork and get them set up in our system Answer phones, schedule appointments, and keep our day running smooth Confirm visits, send reminders, and handle follow-ups with ease Keep records tidy and up to date (simple to do with an easy to navigate web based browser platform) Support the team with day-to-day office needs (you're that dependable) What You Bring Bilingual in English & Spanish (required) A high school diploma or GED Medical office or scheduling experience?
