Previous front desk medical office experience.

Experience verifying insurance and obtaining referrals.

Ability to use scheduling software.

Experience confirming appointments.

Experience greeting, checking-in and checking-out patients, making appointments, and answering multiple phone lines.

Experience posting office charges and copayments.

Mandatory Qualifications:

Must be friendly and professional with a desire to provide an optimal patient experience.

Solid organizational skills are necessary.

The ability to follow-up and complete tasks is essential.

Ability to multi-task and perform other general office responsibilities as needed and directed by manager or physician.
