Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients, creating a warm and welcoming front office experience Schedule and confirm patient appointments, managing the schedule efficiently Verify dental insurance benefits Collect and post patient payments, handle billing inquiries, and manage accounts Answer multi-line phones, respond to patient questions, and relay messages to clinical staff Maintain and update accurate patient records Coordinate treatment plan presentations and follow up with patients on outstanding care

Requirements:

Prior dental front office administrative experience Familiarity with dental practice management software (Eaglesoft or similar) Knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing processes Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a patient-first attitude Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a busy office setting Proficient in basic computer skills and office technology Positive, professional, and team-oriented demeanor
