Job Overview Maverick Aesthetics is seeking a warm, polished, and dependable casual part-time receptionist to support our growing medical spa in Murrysville, PA. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating an elevated client experience, is comfortable working in a boutique environment, and is available for occasional weekday, evening, or event coverage. This is not a full-time position. Hours may vary based on appointment volume, staff coverage, special events, vacations, and business needs. Responsibilities Welcome clients and create a friendly, professional first impression Answer phone calls, text messages, and general client questions Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments Check clients in and out and process payments Review forms and help ensure client information is complete Explain basic services, memberships, promotions, and skincare products Assist with retail sales and maintain attractive product displays Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming Support appointment reminders, follow-up communication, and rebooking Assist with laundry, light tidying, restocking, and other daily spa tasks Help during client events, open houses, and promotional days Help with Contrast therapy draining tub weekly Help with foot baths Maintain strict client privacy and confidentiality Ideal Candidate Friendly, confident, polished, and professional Reliable and willing to help wherever needed Comfortable speaking with clients in person, by phone, and through text Organized and able to manage multiple tasks without becoming overwhelmed Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, email, and social media Interested in aesthetics, skincare, beauty, or wellness Able to recommend services and products without being overly sales-focused Previous reception, customer service, medical office, salon, spa, or hospitality experience is preferred Experience with Boulevard, Weave, or medical-spa software is a plus, but training can be provided Schedule Casual, part-time, and as-needed hours. Availability for some weekdays, occasional evenings, Saturdays, staff coverage, and special events is preferred.
