Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting various administrative tasks within our office, and must present a pleasant and welcoming demeanor. This position requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a professional and positive attitude. Duties Greet and assist patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Perform front desk operations including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries. Floating among front desk positions as required to fill in. Maintain accurate patient records using eDerm software and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information. Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and organizing correspondence. Assist with medical coding and billing. Utilize medical terminology effectively to communicate with both patients and healthcare professionals. Support office management tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. Requirements Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred. Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Familiarity with medical terminology and coding practices is beneficial. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with patients and staff. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization. A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service are required for success in this role.
