Because we are a growing practice, we are looking for a dedicated and ambitious professional who wants to grow alongside us from day one and play a key role in our success. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced, high-energy Front Desk / Treatment Coordinator to manage patient scheduling, front-office operations, insurance verification, and financial case presentations. The ideal candidate bridges administrative organization with strong communication skills, ensuring patients feel cared for from the moment they walk through the door and fully understand their treatment options and financial investments. Key Responsibilities Greet patients warmly, manage check-in/check-out processes, and handle incoming phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries. Coordinate and schedule patient appointments to optimize the daily provider schedule. Verify dental insurance benefits, submit pre-authorizations, and manage claims and accounts receivable. Present comprehensive treatment plans to patients, discuss financial arrangements, and coordinate payment options clearly and professionally. Maintain a smooth, efficient front-office workflow utilizing modern digital practice management software.

Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
Minimum of 2 to 3 years of front desk or administrative experience specifically within a dental practice (general dentistry preferred).
Treatment Coordination Expertise:
Proven track record of presenting complex treatment plans, handling financial arrangements, and navigating dental insurance verification and billing.
Software Proficiency:
Strong familiarity with modern dental practice management software (Open Dental).
Communication Skills:
Exceptional phone etiquette, warm interpersonal skills, and the confidence to discuss financial commitments transparently with patients.
Education:
