Job Description

I am seeking an experienced receptionist for a mixed animal integrative practice + In home euthanasia. We specialize in mobility cases (ortho/neuro), and have a full rehabilitation gym including under water treadmill. We see large animal in house, but will do in home euthanasias. Your duties will include answering the phone, booking appointments, entering charges and checking out clients. Given the sensitive nature of many of our cases, you must be able to be compassionate on every call you answer. Many of our clients prefer texting, so proficiency in texting is essential. Depending on your skill set, you may have more hands on with the patients if desired. Must have experience in a vet clinic setting OR experience with high end customer service.
