About the Role Job Description We are seeking a positive, outgoing, dependable, and compassionate individual to join our growing team in a dual-capacity role. As a Hybrid position of Chiropractic Assistant & Receptionist, you will be the heart of our clinic—serving as the welcoming face at the front desk and a hands-on assistant in patient care. This position is ideal for a dynamic multi-tasker who thrives in a positive environment and is passionate about helping patients heal.
Key Responsibilities Patient Intake & Front Desk Administration:
Greet patients warmly, manage the check-in and check-out process, and collect payments. Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and schedule or reschedule appointments efficiently. Ensure proper adherence to office procedures, safety standards, and HIPAA guidelines.
Clinical Support & Treatment Assistance:
Prepare patients for care, escort them to and from treatment rooms, and assist doctors during exams and chiropractic treatments. Perform hands-on treatment assistance as directed by the chiropractor. Maintain accurate and timely chart notes to support patient care plans.
Clinic Operations & Sanitation:
Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients to ensure a supportive environment. Manage patient flow to keep appointments running on schedule and optimize doctor efficiency. Set up, clean, and sanitize treatment rooms, equipment, and general office spaces. Perform daily facility cleaning duties to maintain a spotless, organized, and welcoming clinic environment. Experience:
Background in a chiropractic, physical therapy, massage, or medical office setting preferred, but training is provided for the right candidate.
Clinical Comfort:
Willing and eager to perform hands-on patient care and assist doctors directly during treatments.

Availability:
