Dover - 640 South State St. Dover, DE 19901 Shift Need #1: 6:30am-3:30pm, 8am-5pm (Sunday-Saturday) Shift Need #2: 9am-6pm (Sat and Sun only) Shift Need #3: 11am-8pm and 3pm-12am (Mon-Fri) Shift Need #4: 12pm-10pm (Sat and Sun only) Shift Need #5: 5pm-3am (Sat and Sun only) Shfit Need #6: 6pm-3am (Mon-Fri) Shfit Need #7: 9pm-7am (Sun-Sat)

Hourly Rate:

$15.75/hr Part-Time & $16.75/hr Full-Time A Day in the Life of a Medical Scribe A medical scribe is responsible for listening, observing, and accurately documenting the interaction between a healthcare provider and their patients in real-time. An In-Person Scribe physically accompanies the provider in the exam room and records detailed information into the electronic medical record (EMR) on a laptop or computer. Medical scribes can also be expected to assist providers with administrative tasks such as handling phone calls, retrieving lab reports, and other duties as needed to improve efficiency and productivity for improved patient flow and satisfaction. You can expect 1:1 provider interaction for the duration of the shift which can range from 8-to 12 hours a day.

listed above Shifts are Sunday-Monday (at least 2 days per week for the full duration of the shift time listed above) Typing speed range of 45+ WPM Must be 18+ years old A high school diploma or equivalent required Authorized to work in the US Background check and drug screen required upon hire Pre-health, pre-med, pre-pa, pre-nursing career track preferred College-level knowledge of medical terminology, human anatomy, and physiology preferred (this will come in handy during training!) Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate and interact professionally within a diverse team Strong work ethic and attention to detail in a fast-paced work environment Cognizance of delicate and confidential patient information Tech-savvy and able to operate a personal computer and applicable software with ease Benefits, Perks, and Compensation Paid training program The compensation varies by location and qualifications
