Fidelity Medical Clinic is looking for a reliable, organized, and motivated Medical Customer Service Representative / Medical Scribe to join our telehealth team. Because our clinic operates primarily through telehealth , this position does not require in-person patient contact . The ideal candidate is comfortable working with computers, electronic medical records, scheduling systems, and medical documentation.

Pay:

$18-$20 per hour

Schedule:

Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM-12:00

PM Employment:

Full-time Responsibilities Assist with administrative operations for a telehealth medical practice Schedule and confirm telehealth appointments Answer phone calls and respond to patient messages Assist providers with medical documentation and charting Enter and update patient information in the electronic medical record Prepare charts and documentation for provider visits Review and organize medical records Assist with prescription and pharmacy-related administrative tasks as directed Communicate with providers and staff to ensure appointments and documentation are completed accurately Perform general administrative and clerical duties Maintain strict patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance Qualifications Bilingual English/Spanish is a must Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong computer and typing skills Comfortable learning and using electronic medical record systems Excellent attention to detail and organization Reliable, punctual, and professional Able to multitask and work independently Previous medical office, medical scribe, or healthcare experience is preferred Experience is not required for the right candidate—we are willing to train Telehealth experience is a plus Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is bilingual, dependable, organized, computer-savvy, and eager to learn .
