$19/hr DOE Sedona Staffing is seeking a Medical Transcriptionist to join a busy medical practice in Davenport, IA. This role requires professionalism, consistent attendance, and the ability to maintain productivity in a busy clinical setting. Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to adhere to a regular work schedule are essential to ensure the smooth operation of the practice. This position is not remote and requires on-site presence during scheduled hours. Responsibilities Transcribe physician chart notes and correspondence from audio dictation Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and properly formatted Edit and proofread all transcriptions for grammar, spelling, and consistency Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards Communicate directly with the physician to clarify dictation when necessary Qualifications & Requirements High school diploma or GED.
