Your Role:

As a Medical Assistant/Scribe at Clear Choice Dermatology, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive the highest quality care. You'll be responsible for:

Patient-Centered Care:

Taking detailed medical histories, providing compassionate support, and ensuring patient comfort.

Efficient Documentation:

Accurately transcribing provider notes and maintaining comprehensive patient records, allowing providers to focus on patient needs.

Clinical Support:

Assisting with medical procedures, preparing treatment rooms, and ensuring a smooth patient flow.

Team Collaboration:

Working closely with providers and front office staff to coordinate patient visits and ensure effective communication.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED equivalent. Minimum two years of medical office experience. Proficiency in general office duties and contracted insurance plans. Excellent data entry, verbal, and written communication skills. Strong telephone and customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and EMR software. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA policies.

$19.00 - $26.00 per hour
