Transcribe the dictation from the doctor into the EMR system (Practice Fusion). Accurately document the findings from patient exams and assessments in the patient's chart (SOAP Notes). Answer phones, when needed, and help with basic office tasks. Help with cleaning/organizing exams rooms Ability to multitask and effectively communicate with office staff. This job is typically 25+ hours per week. Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday are required in the office. Extra hours possible for remote work.
