Responsibilities Accurately transcribe patient histories, physical examinations, and other relevant medical information during patient visits. Document medical procedures and treatments as directed by healthcare providers. Maintain organized and up-to-date medical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Assist in the management of electronic health records (EHR) systems to ensure seamless access to patient information. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance workflow and improve patient care delivery. Stay informed about medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and relevant clinical practices. Skills Proficient in medical documentation with a strong understanding of medical terminology. Knowledge of anatomy and physiology to accurately capture clinical details. Experience working in a medical office setting, including managing medical records is helpful but not required Ability to type efficiently while maintaining accuracy during transcriptions. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Effective communication skills to interact with healthcare providers and patients professionally.
