At Mosaic Gardens at Suprise, we don't just provide care—we create a place where residents feel safe, valued, and seen. We're looking for a compassionate Med Tech who will not only ensure safe medication management, but also help bring warmth, patience, and understanding to each resident's day. Your Role in Our Community Medication Care with Heart Safely prepare, administer, and document medications with attention and compassion Ensure accurate, timely updates in the Medication Assistance Record (MAR) Monitor changes and communicate clearly with the care team Maintain a clean, organized, and secure medication environment But beyond the tasks, you'll be helping residents feel safe and cared for, even on their most confusing days. Supporting Those Living with Memory Loss Assist residents with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and mobility with patience and respect Offer reassurance, gentle redirection, and emotional support Observe changes in mood, behavior, or health and communicate with the team Provide comfort and dignity during vulnerable moments In memory care, it's not just what you do—it's how you make people feel. What You Bring A genuine passion for working with seniors, especially those with dementia or memory challenges A calm, patient, and empathetic approach—even in difficult moments Med Tech certification and experience (preferred, but we value heart just as much) Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized A team-first mindset and clear communication Flexibility to support residents when they need you most
