Job Description

This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your caregiving skills while delivering exceptional resident-centered care. •NOC Position Responsibilities Administer prescribed medications accurately following state healthcare regulations and facility protocols Assist residents with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor vital signs and observe residents for any changes in health status or behavior Maintain detailed medical documentation using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality Support residents with specialized needs including Alzheimer's, dementia, memory care, and hospice care Perform manual handling tasks safely when assisting with transfers or heavy lifting while adhering to safety standards Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to coordinate care plans and report concerns promptly Skills Prior experience in assisted living, nursing homes, hospitals, or home care settings is highly desirable Knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, anatomy, and senior care best practices Proficiency with EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems such as Epic or Cerner; familiarity with medical documentation standards Certification in First Aid, CPR, Basic Life Support (BLS), and Tube Feeding preferred; ongoing training encouraged Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities and those requiring specialized dementia or Alzheimer's care Strong caregiving skills combined with excellent communication abilities to foster trust and rapport with residents and team members Physical stamina for heavy lifting and manual handling tasks necessary for resident assistance Join us in creating a caring environment where every resident feels valued and supported. Pay:
$19.00 - $20.00 per hour
