DOE & Benefits Key Responsibilities Meticulous Medication Management:
Safely and accurately administer medications according to prescribed schedules, protocols, and strict regulatory standards.
Floor Leadership & Quality Control:
Actively monitor the floor to ensure Caregivers (PCAs) are delivering exceptional care and following resident service plans.
Coaching & Mentorship:
Lead by example! Help onboard new staff and gently coach current Caregivers on proper techniques, safety protocols, and hospitality standards.
Clinical Observation:
Monitor resident vital signs and maintain accurate charts. Keep a sharp eye out for subtle physical or cognitive changes (especially in Memory Care) and report them to nursing leadership.
Collaborative Care:
Partner closely with families, nursing leadership, and external healthcare providers to ensure seamless, high-quality resident care.
What We Are Looking For Experience:
Proven track record as a Med Tech in Assisted Living, Memory Care, or a similar senior care environment.
Leadership Skills:
A natural ability to provide constructive feedback, guide Caregivers, and keep a shift running efficiently.
Technical Savvy:
Deep familiarity with medical terminology, administration processes, and electronic health record (EHR) charting. Heart for

Specialized interest or experience working with dementia and Alzheimer's residents.
Composure:
