Job Description

Vi Living is seeking a Part-Time RN for Medication Management in our Home Health team serving residents in a luxury senior living community. In this role, you will complete medication passes, perform clinical assessments, monitor for side effects and interactions, and update care plans in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary team members. You will educate residents and families on safe medication use, maintain accurate EHR documentation, and support wellness initiatives in a resident-first, compassionate, and service-focused environment.
