As a Med Tech , you play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive safe, accurate, and timely medication assistance while also supporting their daily care needs. This position is perfect for someone who is compassionate, detail-oriented, and thrives in a team environment . Responsibilities Administer medications as directed and in accordance with state guidelines Accurately document medication administration and report any changes or concerns Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed Monitor residents for side effects or changes in condition Follow all community policies, procedures, and compliance standards Work closely with caregivers and leadership to ensure quality care
