The successful candidate will provide basic personal care, monitor vital signs, assist with activities of daily living, and help maintain a safe, comfortable environment. This position requires excellent communication skills, a compassionate attitude, and the ability to work independently in a home health setting.

Responsibilities:

Provide personal care to elderly patients. Assist with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Monitor and report any changes to the nurse. Help with mobility issues and transfers. Assist with meal preparation and feeding. Provide companionship and emotional support to patients. Perform light housekeeping duties.
