CRMAs are assigned to our Residential Care area. In addition to a 40-hour CRMA certification, the candidate must also possess a Personal Support Specialist ( PSS ) or Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) certification. Position Summary The Certified Residential Medication Aide ( CRMA )/Personal Support Specialist ( PSS ) is responsible for providing high-quality care and support to residents in a residential care setting. This role includes administering medications as a Certified Residential Medication Aide ( CRMA ) and assisting residents with activities of daily living as a Personal Support Specialist ( PSS ). The

works as part of a team to ensure a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment while promoting resident dignity, independence, and well-being. Key Responsibilities Medication Administration ( CRMA Duties): + Administer medications accurately and safely in accordance with state regulations and facility policies + Monitor residents for medication effectiveness and potential side effects + Maintain accurate medication administration records (MARs) + Communicate any concerns or changes in resident condition to nursing staff Personal Care & Support ( PSS Duties): + Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting + Support mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed + Assist with meals, hydration, and feeding when required + Provide companionship and emotional support Requirements + Candidates must possess a dual certification, including a current 40-hour CRMA and PSS or CNA + Ability to work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers, residents, families, and supervisors + Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality + Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team + Proficiency in spoken and written English + Basic computer skills
Shift Available Shift:
2nd Shift, 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Hours:
Part-Time, 20 hours per week
Schedule:
16/24-hour schedule
Weekend Requirement:
