Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA) to join our assisted living community. In this vital role, you will provide high-quality, person-centered care to residents, supporting their daily needs and ensuring their safety and comfort. Your expertise in medication administration, medical documentation, and patient care will help foster a warm, respectful environment where seniors and individuals with disabilities can thrive. Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments accurately following physician's orders and facility protocols Monitor residents' vital signs, physical condition, and overall health status regularly Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Maintain detailed medical records using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) or Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems in compliance with HIPAA regulations Observe and report any changes in residents' health or behavior promptly to nursing staff or supervisors Support residents with specialized needs Ensure a safe environment by adhering to infection control procedures and safety standards Qualifications Valid certification as a Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA) or similar credential Prior experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, hospitals, or home care settings preferred Knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, anatomy, and medication administration protocols Experience with EMR/EHR systems is highly desirable Familiarity with caring for individuals with developmental disabilities or cognitive impairments Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards Ability to work compassionately with seniors and individuals with disabilities in a respectful manner Join our team to provide exceptional senior care that emphasizes dignity, independence, and well-being. Pay:
$16.50 - $20.00 per hour
