Starting Pay:

1st Shift (7:00 AM

• 3:00 PM): $16.00/hour 2nd Shift (3:00 PM
• 11:00 PM): $16.50/hour 3rd Shift (11:00 PM
• 7:00 AM): $17.

00/hour Earn an additional $1.00 per hour after successfully completing 30 days of orientation and medication training.

Pleasant is looking for compassionate, dependable individuals to join our assisted living team as a Medication Passer / Direct Care Worker . Responsibilities Safely and accurately administer medications to residents. Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and mealtime assistance. Provide companionship while treating residents with dignity, kindness, and respect. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment. Follow resident care plans, medication records, and community policies. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members. Work collaboratively with the caregiving team to provide exceptional resident care. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. Previous medication passing or medication administration experience is preferred but not required. No license required. Paid on-the-job training provided for community-specific medication procedures. Must successfully pass a criminal background check. Reliable, compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented. Strong attention to detail and commitment to resident safety. Must be available to work every other weekend and participate in a holiday rotation.
