Job Description

New Challenges, Inc. provides services to adults with developmental disabilites, mental health diagnoses and traumatic brain injuries in residential settings in the east and south metro area. NCI is currently hiring for a Full Time Assisted Living Aide at one of our sites located in Rosemount, MN. Available shift is Monday through Friday 3pm-10:30pm Duties include but are not limited to; Cleaning Medication administration Transportation Documentation Meal Prep All applicants must have a valid driver's license, have a high school diploma, a vehicle to use while on duty, pass standards for driving history and meet criteria for a DHS background study. Experienced applicants as a nursing assistant (CNA), personal care attendant (PCA) or home health aide (HHA) are encouraged to submit resumes.
