Responsibilities:

Administer medications to residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse Monitor and document the effectiveness of medications and report any adverse reactions Assist with vital sign checks, including blood pressure, pulse, and oxygen saturation Provide personalized care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities Maintain accurate and detailed records of medication administration and resident care Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure resident-centered care Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment
