Key Responsibilities Administer medications accurately and safely per physician orders Observe residents for side effects or reactions and report changes promptly Document medication administration in accordance with facility policies Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed Maintain clean, organized medication carts and storage areas Follow all state regulations and facility protocols Provide compassionate, respectful care to all residents Why Join Us?
