Certified Medication Aide (Weekend Shift) - Weekend Doubles-Baylor Pay At Higher Call Nursing Center, our mission is to provide exceptional care to our residents, and we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Medication Aide (Weekend Shift) to join our team! About the
Role:
As a Certified Medication Aide (Weekend Shift), you will play a vital role in the day-to-day care of our residents. Your responsibilities will include administering medications, recording vital signs, and providing general care and assistance to residents. You will work closely with our healthcare team to ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care and attention.
Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Take and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse Provide general care and assistance to residents, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Assist with feeding, toileting, and mobility needs Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and medication administration Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans Report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff

Requirements:
Valid Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification High school diploma or equivalent required One year of experience in a healthcare setting preferred Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills How to
