Here, your work matters. You'll play a key role in supporting our residents' health, dignity, and daily comfort. What You'll Do Safely and accurately administer medications to residents Demonstrate strong caregiving skills and provide hands‑on support Document care and medication administration clearly and professionally (HIPAA‑compliant) Work closely with nurses, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals Monitor residents for side effects and report concerns quickly Support residents and families during hospice care with compassion Educate residents and families on medication use and safety What Makes You a Great Fit Experience in caregiving, medical office work, or home care Understanding of basic medical terminology and anatomy Strong communication skills and a calm, caring presence Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism Must pass a background check CPR/First Aid/Medication Assistance certifications are a plus 18+ years old Able to lift up to 35 lbs and perform various physical tasks What We Offer Full‑time or part‑time positions Paid time off Flexible scheduling: Day, evening, night, 4‑hour shifts Monday-Friday Rotating weekends On‑call opportunities Location This is an in‑person role in Ontario, OR 97914 .
