What You'll Do Administer and document medications under RN/LPN supervision Provide attentive, quality care to residents Monitor and report changes in resident conditions Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers Perform vital sign checks, including pulse and blood pressure Maintain accurate records, supply levels, and medication orders Support a safe, organized, and efficient unit environment Communicate effectively with residents, families, and care teams What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED Completion of Medication Administration training (required) Medication Aide Certification preferred Prior experience in long-term care or as a Medication Aide preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to work under supervision Calm, professional response in fast-paced or emergencies Strong communication skills in English (reading, writing, speaking) Why Join Us Supportive team environment Meaningful, hands-on resident care Opportunities to build clinical skills and experience Stable and rewarding role in healthcare
