Concordia is seeking compassionate and dependable Medication Technician to provide quality care and support to residents in a caring, team-oriented environment. This role assists residents with daily living activities, promotes resident safety and dignity, and helps create a positive living experience.
Available Positions:
We are currently hiring multiple Full time and Part Time Positions!
First Shift Hours:
6:30am-2:30pm
Second Shift Hours:
2:30pm-10:30pm
Third Shift Hours:
10:30pm-6:30am •There is a $2.00 differential for 2nd Shift, a $1.00 differential for 3rd Shift, and $2.00 for the weekends.• Responsibilities for our
Medication Technician:
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, toileting, eating, transferring, and personal hygiene Support residents with instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs), including laundry, room organization, transportation, and personal belongings Complete documentation accurately and timely Follow infection control, safety, HIPAA, and resident rights policies Assist with over-the-counter treatments and resident support plans Observe and report changes in resident condition Promote a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for residents Assist with medication administration in accordance with physician orders and resident care plans Document medications and treatments accurately Measure vital signs as needed Qualifications for our
Medication Technician:
: High school diploma, GED, or active status on the Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Registry Must be at least 18 years old Successful completion of DHS-approved medication administration course and competency testing within the past 2 years DHS-approved diabetes education program completion within the past 12 months for insulin administration Why work for us?
